Even when it's not possible to have a physician or advanced practice clinician on-site, MPAC has a solution to provide timely medical care at the earliest onset of a medical episode.
MPAC's network of healthcare providers is available on evenings and weekends to conduct real-time consultations and rapid treatment decisions. Our HIPAA compliant platform ensures residents are connected to an MPAC provider at the earliest onset of a medical episode.
In addition to medical management and primary care, MPAC's Telehealth program provides access to many specialties across the post-acute spectrum.
Best of all, our Telehealth program can be provided at no net cost to CMS-designated rural facilities that take advantage of the CMS credit designed to encourage the implementation of Telehealth program.

When a patient may be experiencing a change in condition, a member of the Telehealth Care Team is available to assess and determine how to best avoid unnecessary hospitalization.
